Gas or Charcoal
Gas Grilling is cleaner, quick to start and makes life very easy
in regards to maintaining required heat levels.
Charcoal Grilling on the other hand does
require some skill, knowledge and overall attention as the process of
cooking with charcoal is very involved. There are certain ground
guidelines that will be followed are the chances of you having a good
meal are greatly reduced. .
Charcoal Guidelines 1) Never use lighter fluid to light the charcoal.
Unless of course you want your food to taste like fuel. 2) Always allow
the charcoal to turn white in order to insure maximum heat. 3) Make
sure the grill rack is clean on the top and bottom. 4) If the temperature decreases, add more charcoal
and close the lid of the bbq pit. 5) If the temperature increases,
open the lid of the bbq pit or spread the coals. |
